1930s Frocks - Tie it High
A collar that forms a tie belt? This wonderful detail plus a high waist, puff sleeves, and straight princess seams provide charm in this dress from 1937!
Thank you so much, Kate. :) I think it would be easy to add this detail to any dress with a similar sort of tie collar - just extend the ties to be longer...
