Home Sewing Tips from the 1920s: Make a Yoke and Add a Dress To It!

  1. This is so great. If I can ever find some suitable fabric I am absolutely going to try to make this. The styles of the 1920's were so beautiful and practical.

  2. I actually used to make blouses this way back in the early 70's when I was in college. I had some long scraps of a silky polyester that worked beautifully for this type of pattern, and very comfortable to wear, also!
